At Southern Canine Dog Training, we offer expert dog training services that are designed to help dogs of all breeds and ages become well-behaved and obedient companions. Our trainers use positive reinforcement techniques to teach dogs new skills and correct unwanted behaviors.

Puppy Package

This program focuses on setting boundaries at a young age for your new pup.

We will work on the early stages of Potty training, Teething and Chewing, Kennel training, Intentional handling, Socialization, conditioning a early foundation of commands- such as come, sit, place, leash walking etc.

Your dog is pawsome, but your looking for a tune up on a few things! Whether that may be Recall, Barking/Jumping on people, Leash pulling, etc. This package is 100% customizable so we can determine pricing at your Free evaluation!

Standard Obedience

Your dog will learn solid foundation in obedience. Some commands may be mastered Off-Leash depending on your goals!

What we will work on-

Off/Quiet- Jumping, counter surfing, excessive barking, etc.

Come and Heel both on and off leash.

Sit, Place, and Down all taught with an implied stay while working through the toughest distractions.

Puppy Starter

3 week kick start Puppy Board and Train

This program is designed to build a strong foundation during your puppy's most important learning period while helping prevent common behavioral challenges before they become lifelong habits.

During their stay, your puppy will work on:

Potty training/establishing a consistent routine
Crate training to encourage calmness and independence
Leash manners learning to walk politely without pulling
Foundation to Basic obedience-Sit/Down/Come/Place
Confidence building through safe exposure to new people, places, sounds and enviroments
Reducing common puppy behavior such as nipping, jumping, excessive barking and chewing through proper guidance and management

This program is designed for owners who want reliable obedience and a dog they can confidently enjoy in everyday life.

During their stay, your dog will work on:

Reliable on and off-leash obedience
Sit/Down/Place with an implied stay
Off-leash recall with distractions
On Leash and the start to Off-Leash heeling
Confidence building through real-world training
Public outing to generalize obedience
Daily structured exercise and enrichment
Proper greeting manners (no jumping)

During your dogs 2 week stay, we'll focus on building reliable obedience, better communication, and the skills needed for everyday life- all while your. dog stays on leash.

Loose leash walking with proper leash manners

Solid Recall and Name recognition
Impulse control around distractions
Greeting people without jumping
Confidence building through real-world exposure
Doorway/threshold manners
Kennel training and learning self regulation

This program is designed for dogs struggling with more serious behavioral challenges.
