What we do

Here at Southern Canine, our mission is to empower owners with lifelong skills to succeed. As we believe all dogs are different, we offer fully customizable training programs for dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. At Southern Canine Dog Training, we offer expert dog training services that are designed to help dogs of all breeds and ages become well-behaved and obedient companions. Our trainers use positive reinforcement techniques to teach dogs new skills and correct unwanted behaviors.

Our Services

Puppy Package

This program focuses on setting boundaries at a young age for your new companion.

We will work on the early stages of Potty training, Teething and Chewing, Kennel training, Intentional handling, Socialization, Treat training early commands such as come, sit, place, leash walking etc.

Tune Up

Your dog is pawsome, but your looking for a tune up on a few things! Whether that may be Recall, Barking/Jumping on people, Leash pulling, etc. This package is 100% customizable so we can determine pricing at your Free assessment!

Customized Price

Standard Obedience

We will teach your dog a solid foundation in standard obedience. Some commands may be mastered Off-Leash!

What we will work on-

Off/Quiet- Jumping, counter surfing, excessive barking, etc.

Come and Heel both on and off leash.

Sit, Place, and Down all taught with an implied stay while working through the toughest distractions.

Advanced Obedience

This package is for Behavior Modification, Reactivity and Aggression towards other dogs/humans, or if you are looking for something special like weaving in and out of your legs, placing on a fire hydrant, etc.
